Post Production
In our post production stage we went up to our school's editing suit and began to look through all of our footage that we had filmed on our shoot day.
The software that we use is called Adobe premier pro.
This software allowed us to browse through all of our footage and then place them in the correct order on the time line.
With each session we had in the suite we tried our best cut each shot together so that each shot would not only chronologically transition to the next shot but smoothly cut to the next shot.
THE SOUND TRACK
As a current music technology student, I decided that I would take responsibility of creating/ composing the soundtrack for our opening title sequence. I asked the group what they wanted from the sound track and they all said some form of rock. with this in mind I decided to create a form of rock that had characteristics that relate to the kitchen sink style of film that we went with.
The soundtrack took longer than I had expected because I had to wait for all of the shots to be edited together. The reason for this is because I need to know where the sync points are in the sequence so that i can make sure that the music and image link together and be in time.
